Considerable reduction of sludge quantity: The lack of paper or other external filtering components enables to re-duce considerably the quantity of sludge (up to 80%) and thus noticeably reduces expenses.

Saving during use: The lack of filtering material such as paper reduces expenses.

Considerable saving of filtering liquid: The NEGS do not necessity paper or other external filtering components that can cause Coolant liquid loss during the sludge’s extraction and avoiding at the same time the natural drying process.

Saving of labour costs: The NEG System is completely automated and does not need any external intervention.

Oxygenation: every 3 minutes all of the Coolant liquid gets through the filtering cartridge. This keeps the liquid in con-stant movement and oxygenated thus avoiding the creation of fermentation due to biomass.

Healthy working environment: The lack of maintenance and the automated system allow to reduce substantially hu-man intervention thus avoiding skin contact with the Coolant liquid which can generate serious skin illness.

Absence of bad smells: the continuous movement and oxygenation of the coolant avoid the rising of bad smells and the use of anti-fermentation products.

Centralized System: The NEGS is predisposed to work with more NEG Systems in parallel or to the addition of further tanks if the Client’s need of the Coolant liquid is increased by the introduction of new grinding machines.

Modular System: The NEGS is disposed with different addi-tional accessories that allow to increase the filtering capacity and thus to fulfill all of the Client’s new needs.

CE directives: The NEGS follows all the CE directives sub-ject to security and environment protection.
