VAECOLOGIGAL ADVANTAGES
  1. Increase in productivity: Due to the new patented technol-ogy of the NEGS the Coolant Liquid flow is always constant and perfectly filtered. These two features enable to save time and improve the productivity up to 30%.

  2. Less need to sharpen the Grinding wheel: the constant and perfectly filtered Liquid released from any kind of es-caped particles of the filtering system allows to keep the grinding wheel to be sharp for a long time.

  3. Great quarrying of sludge: The NEG System is able to quarry up to 60Kg/hour of sludge.

  4. Foreign bodies: Due to the NEGS concept all foreign bod-ies that normally would seriously damage other Filter Sys-tems will be easily expelled by the NEGS with no problem at all.

  5. Reliable measurement: The perfectly cleaned liquid allows a more accurate and precise measurement of the grinding machines.

  6. Important savings in filtering liquid: with only 2’000 liter of filtering liquid in the system the NEGS is able to generate up to 600Liter/min. of perfectly filtered Coolant liquid.

  7. Minimal space requirement: The minimal space dimension of the NEGS mm 2’000x1’000x2320 (LxWxH) enables to save important space in the factory. The NEGS can also be easily moved from a place to another.

  8. No deposit of sludge in the tank: The NEGS in the standby position execute automatically and cyclically an auto-cleaning of the tank. This system makes it possible to keep the liquid oxygenated and healthy.

  9. System’s modularity: The NEGS permit to choose the pumps that best fit the Client’s needs, to control separately the single pump-pressures, the quantity of the Coolant liquid flow and the power of the industrial refrigerators.

  10. Extraction of the black foam on the surface: Thanks to the continuous movement of the Coolant liquid in the 2 tanks, the small particles floating on the surface end up be-ing sucked by the pumps and expelled.
