NEGS is the abbreviation for "New Eco Grinding System".

This industrial coolant filter system works with a completely automated membrane which is controlled by a processor “PLC” that Fabimex Ltd developed in collaboration with an external industrial filtering producing company and a specialized engineering office.

The external engineers worked with a check-list based upon our long dated work experience which we developed on/throughout various European markets in the industrial grinding machines (Italy, Germany, Holland, Austria).

The main features of the NEGS 400 are the following:

1. Filtering degree: the System offers the possibility of choosing the degree of filtering according to the clientÕs needs, starting from 1µ (Standard: 5µ, 15µ).

2. Filtering capacity: the System has a maximal filtering capacity of 400 Liter/minute, requires only a minimal space (mm 2Õ000 x 1Õ000), and does not need any kind of foundations.

3. Temperature and Quality: the temperature and the quality of the filtered liquid remain constant and are guaranteed.

4. Functioning: the NEG System is completely automated and controlled by a processor “PLC”. The Filter keeps working even in case of Warning due to a breakdown.

5. Oxygenation: The NEG System is provided with an innovative system to keep the cooling liquid oxygenated in order to avoid the creation of Biomass.

6. Filtering quality: The quality and quantity of sludge do not affect the filtering effectiveness.

7. Filtering Components: The NEG System does not need any other special filtering component such as paper, special additives, or others.

8. Flexibility & versatibility: The System is provided with high flexibility including the interface for external connections.

9. Ecology: the NEGS was assembled in compliance with the European directives (CE) and included the concept of ecology (ISO 14000) respecting the ecological regulations.

10. ROI:All these characteristics allow a rapid return on investment.

The Eco Grinding System (NEGS) was originally developed mainly for filtering the sludge coming from the mechanical production process of the Grinding machines. The changing industrial environment in recent years and the new needs of the grindig-producers lead us to develop an extremely flexible filtering System with high performance and the possibility to supply a large volume of Coolant liquid flow per minute perfectly filtered and at the required pressures. It has been noticed that in some cases the filtration affected beneficially the working-process times by up to 30%.

The NEG System can also simultaneously service several Grinding-machines maintaining at the same time the characteristics that every machine controls its liquid flow requirement (Centralized System).
